Gregory G. Pellizzon, MD, FACC |

Dr. Pellizzon received his education from the University of Michigan and Wayne State University in Detroit. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Michigan State University, Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies, Clinical Cardiology Fellowship at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI, and his Interventional Cardiology Fellowship at Saint Luke's Hospital - Mid America Heart Institute in Kansas City, MO. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Medicine, Endovascular Medicine, and Nuclear Cardiology.

John M. Formolo, MD, FACC, FASE |

Dr. Formolo earned his medical degree at Wayne State University. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, as well as his cardiology fellowship, at St. John Hospital in Detroit. Dr. Formolo is Level III certified by the American Society of Echocardiography and is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease.

Dr. Foster earned his medical degree at the University of Michigan where he also completed his internship and residency. He completed his Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Washington. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Foster has over 28 years experience in cardiovascular care and teaching, twenty years of which have been here in the Grand Rapids area. He has also been performing Percutaneous Coronary Interventions since 1985.

A Michigan native, Dr. Miller earned his medical degree at Wayne State University, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Minnesota. He completed his Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship at Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Miller has been published in several journals including the American Journal of Cardiology and Journal of the American Society of Echocardiography. Dr. Miller is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology.

Dr. Schafer has served the United States of America as a commissioned officer of the United States Air Force since 1984. Dr. Schafer earned his medical degree at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Air Force Medical Center Wright-Patterson in Dayton, Ohio and his Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship at Air Force Medical Center Wilford Hall in San Antonio, Texas. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease.

Dr. Shammas earned his medical degree at Wayne State University, completing his internship, residency, and fellowship at the University of Minnesota. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascualr Disease. Dr. Shammas's research has been published in several journals including the Journal of Family Practice and Circulation.

Dr. Wolfson earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois and completed his internship and residency at the University of Chicago. There he also completed Fellowships in Cardiovascular Diseases and Pulmonary Medicine. Dr. Wolfson has received additional training to perform Percutaneous Coronary Interventions. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease.

Mrs. Pawloski received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy and her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University. She is Board Certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
