Online Payment To view or pay your bill through our online bill payer you will need your most recent statement. On the bottom of the statement you will find a log-in ID and password. You will need this information to log-in and pay your bill. The ID and password are only valid for 30 days and will be different on every statement you receive. We expect prompt payment for any remaining balance on your account after your insurance has been billed. If payment has not been received within 90 days and no attempt made to contact the Billing Office for payment arrangements, the account will be referred to an outside agency for collections. We are not a State or federally funded facility and do not offer financial assistance, but will work with individuals to set up payment arrangements. We accept as payment: Insurance Info: Click here for a list of insurance companies we participate with. It is the patient's responsibility to confirm Grand River Cardiology's participation with their insurance company prior to receiving services. We participate with many insurance plans and will bill non-participating plans as a courtesy for you. However, health plans vary in what they cover. We ask that you be aware of your health plan coverage and what responsibilities you have for deductibles, co-payments, and pre-certifications or authorizations.
